  • ​We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our clothing (Hoodies, Drop-shoulders, Sweatshirts) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • ​All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • ​Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

​3. Orders and Payments

  • ​Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS.
  • ​We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and other supported digital payments in Bangladesh.
  • ​In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time the order was made.

​4. Shipping & Delivery

  • ​Inside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
  • ​Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • ​Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, or logistics delays).
  • ​Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • ​Exchange Policy: If you receive a product with a size issue or manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • ​The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
  • ​Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock after payment or if a defective product cannot be replaced.

  • ​You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
  • ​Providing a false phone number or address may lead to the cancellation of your order and a permanent ban from our service.
